Salesforce Integration: Find or create record if data does not exist

    I also need to find (or create, if it does not exist) another custom salesforce object that is linked to this Contact.

    Hi Dominique,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, this is possible using Find Existing Record. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Integrations on the left side of the screen.
    3. Select the Salesforce Integration.

    4. Select Find existing record as action.
    5. Then, click on the Save button.

    6. Select an Object and match the fields under Find existing record.
    7. Under Create a record, click on the toggle button and match all the fields you want.
