Meu formulário está pedindo para que os usuários preencham um captcha, mas eu não ativei essa opção nas configurações.

Gostaria de entender por que o captcha foi ativado e como posso resolver isso, pois está dificultando a conclusão do formulário para os meus usuários.

The CAPTCHA you're seeing is the Anti-Spam CAPTCHA, which automatically activates to protect your form from spam when multiple submissions come from the same IP address in a short time.
We have successfully disabled this feature, but please note that the form won't automatically show a CAPTCHA if there's a real spam attack. If you want, you can manually add a CAPTCHA field to your form. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Basic tab, drag and drop the Captcha element to your form.
- Then, click on the Gear icon next to the Captcha field and select a Captcha Type in the menu on the right.

Now, coming back to your question, a CAPTCHA is automatically triggered when the system detects multiple form submissions from the same browser and device within a short period of time. This security measure is designed to prevent spam, bot activity, and abuse by ensuring that only genuine users are interacting with the form. I went ahead and whitelisted your account so you should be able to submit the form without triggering the anti-spam system.
