Greetings,
I keep getting e-mail notifications saying '
[FORM NAME] was completed successfully. You can find the completed document attached to this email. Click the button below to view the completed document. Is there a way to disable these e-mail notifications when a submission is sent? We're getting a lot of these emails and it's become a distraction.
Warmest regards,
-Tom R

Hi haetecha,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
You can easily disable the email notifications for your form submissions. Let me show you how:
- Open your form in Form Builder.
- Click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top.
- Go to the Emails tab on the left side.
- Hover over the Notification Email that sends you the submission alerts.
- Click the Gear icon and then select Disable to turn off the email notifications.
This will stop the emails notifying you about completed submissions and attached documents.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

Hi Tom,
Upon checking, it appears to be a Notification Email with a PDF attachment enabled. This type of email is typically sent to the form filler after a successful submission. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar and select the Emails tab on the left side menu.
- Then, click on the Three Dots icon of the Notification Email and select the Disable option in the Dropdown Menu.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi,
I did as you asked and that doesn't appear to be the correct setting. We still want to receive notifications when a form is submitted, but these notifications aren't even going to the recipients of the notification e-mails. These e-mail notifications are going to the email for our JotForm account.
Here is the URL for the form in question: https://hipaa.jotform.com/build/250306284242045/
The e-mail notifications we want to turn off are specific to JotForm Sign. They are the notifications that say in the subject "Your [form name] was signed successfully!"
Please let me know what else I can try.

Hi Tom,
Unfortunately, we weren’t able to access your form due to HIPAA restrictions. That said, based on your note about the email being linked to Jotform Sign, I reviewed your form settings and noticed that the Jotform Sign Automation feature is currently enabled. This is why you're receiving the Jotform Sign email notification once a user completes and signs the form. To stop receiving the Jotform Sign email, I would suggest turning off the Jotform Sign Automation feature in your form settings. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar and Jotform Sign tab on the left side menu.
- Then, toggle off the Enable Jotform Sign Automation feature.
