Hi Nick,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding the error message on your registration form for youth basketball tryouts, here’s a general approach to troubleshoot the issue:
- Check the form fields: Ensure all required fields are properly configured and that there are no conflicting conditions or validations that might cause errors.
- Review integrations: If your form is connected to any payment gateways, email notifications, or third-party apps, verify that these connections are active and correctly set up.
- Test the form: Try submitting the form yourself to see the exact error message and where it occurs. This can help pinpoint the issue.
- Clear cache and cookies: Sometimes browser cache or cookies can cause issues with form loading or submission.
- Check for custom widgets or scripts: If you have added any custom widgets or scripts, verify that they are properly registered and compatible.
If you are using any customized widgets, you might want to ensure they are registered correctly before adding them to your form. Let me show you how:
- Go to our Online Form Widgets page and click on Add New Widget in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- In the Add New Widget window that opens up, fill out all the fields for the Widget Registration.
- Once completed, scroll down to the bottom of the window, and click on Add.
After registering, you can add the widget to your form by:
- Opening your form in Form Builder and clicking on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Widgets tab, enter your widget's name in the search bar, then drag and drop it into your form.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
