does sing up period need to start and end on the 1st of the month?

My 501c3 org only needs the jotforms 5-6 months out of the year, technically mid to late Sept to early to mid March. I think in the past I have only been able to begin and end on the 1st/31st of the months? Is there any way to start like the third week of Sept and go through the 3rd week of March?

There's no restriction on when you can start your subscription. You can start in the 3rd week of September, and your next billing date will be a month after if you choose a monthly subscription.
