In September 2022, an independent auditor issued our SOC 2 compliance audit report, confirming that we adhere to the latest security standards. This report demonstrates to our Enterprise customers how our security controls are designed and independently tested, giving them confidence that their data is protected. To benefit from this updated compliance, you’ll need to upgrade to Jotform Enterprise. If you’re not yet an Enterprise customer, contact our Enterprise Team, and a representative will contact you with more information.

Regarding the PCI Evidence, are you perhaps referring to the PCI Certificate of Compliance? If so, you can check this page.
