Account Limits: Form Count Includes Archived Forms

Bonjour,

On m'indique sur mon compte que j'ai atteint 70 formulaires sur les 100 de mon abonnement.
Cependant je ne comprends pas à quoi correspond ce chiffre car je n'ai pas en ce moment 70 formulaires actif, et j'ai bien + de 70 formulaires archivés...

Pouvez-vous m'éclairer à ce sujet ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Note that submissions, even from archived or disabled forms, still count towards your account's submission limits. The form count shown in your account includes all forms, active, disabled, and archived. Archiving a form removes it from your dashboard view but does not delete it or reduce your total form count.

To lower the number of forms counted toward your limit, you would need to delete forms you no longer need and purge them in your Trash folder. Let me show you how to purge forms:

1. On your My Workspace page, click on the Trash folder on the lower left side of the page.

2. Put checks in the boxes next to the forms you want to purge.

3. Now, in the menu at the top of the page, click on the Purge button.

4. In the window that opens, click on the Confirm button.

J'ai 0 formulaires dans ma corbeille
J'ai environ 50 formulaires actifs
J'ai plus de 200 formulaires dans mes archives.

Et pourtant comme vous pouvez le voir ci-dessous on m'indique 70 utilisé sur 100.

Je ne comprends pas d'où vient ce chiffre ni comment réduire le nombre de formulaires.

Now, coming back to your question, I have checked your account, and it seems that you have exactly 70 forms. It is not showing incorrectly in your account details. As my colleague Kyle said, to lower the number of forms counted toward your limit, you would need to delete forms you no longer need and purge them in your Trash folder.
