I want the items in my square store to sync real time with the jotform product list and keep track of stock. Is this possible? I know I can import my square items but that doesn't keep it up to date or track stock real time.

Hi Tammy,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. While Jotform allows you to import products on your Product List field, unfortunately, it doesn't support real-time synchronization or automatic stock tracking between Square and Jotform product lists. But Jotform offers a built-in stock management for products you sell through forms.
You can enable stock control on your products within Jotform, track available stock quantities, and receive low stock alerts. The stock is updated automatically based on form submissions and successful payments. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, select a product on the Product List field and click on the Gear icon.
- On the Product Setting window that shows on the right side, go to the Stock tab.
- Toggle the Enable Stock Control button to Yes.
- Enter the Available Stock that you want, then click on Save at the bottom.
You can also manage and check the Current Stock Level in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:
- Open your form in Form Builder and select the Product List field.
- Then, click on the Wand icon on the right side of the field to open Payment Settings.
- In the menu on the right, hover your mouse over a product and click on the Pencil icon.
- Now, click on the Stock tab and check out the Available Stock section.
- While in the Payment Settings menu on the Stock tab, scroll down to the Enable Low Stock Alert section.
- Now, toggle the Enable Low Stock Alert feature to Yes and enter the number you want.
- Then, click on the Save button at the bottom of the menu and that's it.
