Form has 0 submissions

    Good Morning,

    I have a form that I use for our school's front desk log and I am trying to retrieve the data from today and when I continue to test the form it says 0 submissions. The Form ID is 252455355292157 please help ASAP.

    Hi BCEOperations,

    I checked the form you mentioned and I confirmed that it has 0 submissions. I checked the email logs and didn't saw there was a Notification Email sent. Did you perhaps submit a different form? Can you try doing a new test submission and see if it still doesn't get saved? I've also cleared the form cache to fix any possible cache issues in the form.
