Hi
We integrate this form https://form.jotform.com/251804498152157 on our website using a StoryBlok component.
Some web users just shared that the form doesn't load (everything on the page does). Please can you assist?

Hi Aliya,
Thanks for reaching out! Since some users are experiencing issues with the form not loading on your website, it could be related to how the form is integrated within the StoryBlok component. To help troubleshoot, please ensure the form URL you are using is the correct one generated from Jotform. You can verify or copy the form URL by going to the Form Builder, clicking on Publish, and then Copy Link under Share With Link.
If the URL is correct and the issue persists, it might be related to browser compatibility, script blocking, or network restrictions on the users' side. Checking these factors could help resolve the loading problem.
Let me know if you need further assistance or details on how to optimize the integration!

Hi hpweb,
If your website uses HTTPS, ensure the form embed URL also uses HTTPS to prevent mixed content blocking by browsers. Can you try embedding your form using iFrame? It's quite easy to do that. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
- Now, select the embed option you want to use, and click on Copy Code. (I used the iFrame method only to show in this case.)
- Paste your code into your webpage's embed area, and that’s it.
If it doesn't work, can you share with us a screenshot of what you're getting when the form is loading? Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our support forum:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
