Hello,
We are currently using the Jotform Enterprise edition with SSO configured through Azure AD (SAML). We’ve encountered an issue where we are unable to populate certain fields in Jotform using claims from SSO.
Specifically:
We attempted to pass user information via SAML claims from Azure, However, the claims have been unsuccessful in actually filling the set Jotform fields.
We also attempted to make a new claim on Azure for user groups, however, this is yet to show up on Jotform.
Is everything that we are attempting to do possible, and if so would you have any guidance on how I could fix these issues.
Thank you for your help.
Best regards,
Eoin O'Kelly,
Kirby Group Engineering.
