I have one of my main forms disabled by Jotform for asking for a Tax ID number. This is something we have had for years and never had a problem. I did already take the question off as I usually reach out for my speakers w9 anyways. I really need this form enabled because it is my busy season and I have had multiple people reaching out saying the form is not working. please advise.
