How i remove the previous chat when i reload the page or clost the chat bot

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It seems that you have filled out the form on your AI Agent while you're logged on to your Jotform account. Even if you reload the page, the AI Agent will still recognize you. You can use a different browser if you're testing the form on your AI Agent. So if you're not logged on to your Jotform account, or the users who will use your AI Agent don't have a Jotform account, the previous chat will be removed once the page has been reloaded.

I have not filled the form, i just chat in the chat section, i need when i reload the page and close the popup then chat delete from chat section.

If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

I just remove this previous chat from chat section when user reload the page and close the popup, i dont know how i acheive this, please help me, and give me steps how i fix the error -

We can disable the Conversation History Access for Users and Memory option through your Ai Agents settings. Let me show you how:
- In AI Agent Builder, click on the Settings button on the top right corner of the page.
- Next, Disable the Conversation History Access for Users option, and the Memory option.

You can clear the previous chat by clicking the trash/bin icon in the chat window or using the “Start New Thread” / “Clear Chat” option in your dashboard. This will remove old messages and start a fresh conversation.
