The above field I have in my form for registration for an event and I would like to calculate the Number of person times 10 in the product field for check out. Example : 5 Members registering for an event and If I have registration charge $10 for each I would like to get total $50 in the total Amount to be changed at checkout. How can I do that? Or if I can associate my Quantity to auto populate what was selected in the Number field above.

Hi bapstampa,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
To calculate the total price for your registration form where the number of persons is multiplied by $10 in the product field for checkout, you can use the Product List field with a quantity linked to your number input. Here's how to do it:
- Open your form in Form Builder and select the Product List field.
- Set the price of your product (e.g., KDC Registration Fees) to $10.
- Link the Quantity in the Product List to the number of persons entered in your Number field. This way, the quantity will auto-populate based on the number of attendees.
- Enable the Total Price display on your form so the total amount updates dynamically as the quantity changes.
This setup will multiply the number of persons by $10 and show the total amount at checkout automatically.
Let me show you how to enable the total price on the form:
- Open your form in Form Builder and select the Product List field.
- Click on the List icon to open Product List Properties.
- Click on Settings and then scroll down to enable Show Total Price On The Form.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi bapstampa,
I cloned your form and noticed that you're using a user defined amount as your payment type, which is different from the screenshot you shared.
I see that your workaround is mostly set up correctly. The only adjustment needed is to fix the calculation in your form’s calculation widget by removing the plus sign.
It's easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Wand icon on the right side of the Form Calculation widget to open Widget Settings.
2. Remove the Plus icon in the formula and click on Save at the bottom. That's it.
Here's the result:
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
