Following up on my second question: I am wanting to remove the amount from the auto email that is sent once the form is filled out. (ie) I don't want it to say "$0.00 USD" - I want that space to just be blank. Is there any way I can do that?

    Hi James,

The reason you’re still seeing $0.00 USD is that the Product List field automatically includes pricing details in email templates and invoices. Even though your autoresponder template has been customized, the Product List will continue to add the total line unless it is manually removed or the invoice option is disabled. Here’s how you can fix it on your form:

    1. Check the Autoresponder template and confirm that there is no {myProducts} tag or product table left in the email content. If there is, remove the row that shows totals/amounts.
    2. Disable Invoice by going to the Invoice tab of the Product List field Settings and toggling it to NO. This will prevent $0 invoices from being generated and attached.
    3. Check PDF Attachments by going to the PDF editor and removing the Total or Amount elements from the PDF layout.

After making these changes, the autoresponder will only display your custom text and the {practicumShifts} field, without showing $0.00 USD.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

So, I checked and I already had the invoice toggled to 'no'. I deleted the autoresponder email and made a new one and it still is showing 0.00 USD next to each shift and a total at the bottom. How do I get rid of the 0.00 USD and the Total at the bottom? Or is this just something I will have to deal with? (unless I manually enter the individual field IDs {practicumShifts} like how I do for the first name to be displayed at the top of the email - {participantName:first}. I'm not too keen on doing that as I think it would take quite some time. (and I'm not too sure which field IDs match up to the amount and total)Email Content: Option to Hide $0 Screenshot 20

    Hi James,

I understand what you mean now. The $0.00 USD and the Total at the bottom are part of how the Product List field is built. Even if you disable the Invoice and adjust the autoresponder template, the field will still generate those amount values automatically. At the moment, there is no built-in option to completely hide the price columns while still using the Product List field in your emails.

While that feature isn’t available in Jotform right now, I’ve sent your request to our Developers for review. When or if it gets developed will depend on their current workload, how possible it is, and how much demand there is from other users. If/when we have any updates, we’ll follow up here and keep you posted.
