Is an email sent to the account email when an order is placed on an app?
Can a different email addressed be used, instead of account email, for order notification from an app?

Yes, an email notification is sent to the account email when an order is placed on an app. You can also use a different email address for order notifications instead of the account email. Here's how to change the notification email address in the Jotform Mobile App:
1. On your My Forms page, tap on the form you want to manage.
2. Tap on Edit in the menu that appears.
3. In Form Builder, tap on Settings in the top orange navigation bar, then select Emails.
4. If you haven't set an email sender yet, tap Add Email, select Notification Email, and tap Save.
5. If you want to use a different email address, tap on Notification Email, then Edit, and go to the Recipients tab.
6. Under Recipient Email, add your preferred email address and tap Save.
If you do not receive emails at the new address, please check your spam folder as they might be redirected there.

Hi Patty,
Are you referring to your Jotform App? If so, since your Jotform App is not embedded in a form, there's currently no option to order a Notification to another email address. By default, the confirmation is automatically sent to the form/app owner.
But if the Jotform App is embedded in a form, you have the option to add another recipient for the Notification Email inside the Form Builder. It’s easy to send Notification Emails to more than one person. There are two ways to do it. I’ll show you both ways:
The first is to add a recipient to your Notification Email:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Hover over the Notification Email and click on the Pencil icon to edit it.
- Then, under the Recipients tab, just enter a new email address and click on the Save button.
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Click on Add a New Email, and choose the Notification.
- Now, under the Recipients tab, delete the existing email address, and add a new email address, then click on the Save button.
