Unable to Locate Sign Documents List

Hi Jotform Support,

We had used the platform to create promotion offer letters that were signed. I am not no longer able to locate these, as I would usually go to sign documents and it would show me all my sign documents in one place.

Can you help me locate these please?

It looks like you were using the menu in the top-left corner of your My Workspace page to view the list of your Sign Documents. Unfortunately, this menu option is no longer available for all users due to recent updates.

To view your Sign Documents, you need to click on the Type button and apply the appropriate filter to show a specific asset type. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Workspace page, click on the Type Dropdown button.

2. Deselect all other assets and select the checkbox for Sign Document to display only the Sign Document list.
