I will have a site opening an account tomorrow and I would like to get a form we are using at another site onto the new account so they can begin using it.
Also, I would like to have a conversation around some training with viewing database and manipulating form data to be used in various ways.

Hi Nick,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
To transfer a form from one Jotform account to another so the new site can start using it, you can follow these steps:
Go to your My Workspace page and click on your Avatar/Profile Image in the top-right corner.
Click on Settings in the window that opens.
Click on the Data tab on the left side.
In the Transfer Form section, click on Transfer Form.
Enter the Authentication Code sent to your email and click Verify.
Select the form you want to transfer by ticking the box next to it.
Enter the email address of the new account owner in the New Email Owner's Email Address field.
Click on Transfer Form to send the transfer request.
The new account owner will receive an email notification to accept the form transfer. Keep in mind that the transfer cannot be undone unless the new owner agrees to send the form back. Also, forms connected to Jotform Apps, Store Builder, or Workflows need to have those connections removed before transferring.
Regarding training on viewing and manipulating form submission data, Jotform offers various ways to view and manage your data including the Submissions page, Jotform Tables, and integrations with other tools. If you want, I can provide detailed guidance or resources on how to use these features effectively for your needs.
Let us know if you would like more information or assistance with data management training.
1. On yourMy Workspace page, click on Create on the top-left side of the page.
2. Select Form from the assets, and then click on Import Form.
3. In the next window, click on From a Web Page.
4. Paste the form link into the Enter URL field and click on Create Form.
After cloning your form, it will open in Form Builder automatically. You can now edit it the way you want and publish it. To keep the conversation organized, I moved your other question to its own thread, and someone from our Support Team will help you with it here.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
