How to Add Prices to Sub-Products in Jotform

Hello Jotform Support Team,

I’m currently building a product order form and I’d like to know how to assign individual prices to sub-products or product options (e.g. different sizes, extras, or add-ons). Is there a way to set specific pricing for each sub-product within a single product field?

I’d appreciate any guidance or documentation you can share. Thank you in advance!

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. You can assign individual prices to sub-products or product options within a single product field in Jotform. Let me show you how:

1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Product List field.
2. Click on the Shopping Cart icon on the right side of the field.
3. Hover over the sub-product or product option you want to set a price for, and click on the Pencil icon to edit it.
4. Under the Price section, enter the specific price for that sub-product or option, then click Save.

This way, you can set different prices for sizes, extras, or add-ons within the same product field.

You can set different prices based on the amount of the selected product in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how: 

1. In Form Builder, click on your Product List field, and then click on the Wand icon (If you have a Product List without a payment gateway, the icon will be a Shopping Cart icon).
2. In the menu on the right, hover over your product and click on the Pencil icon.
3. Under the Options tab, hover over the Quantity option and click the Pencil icon.
4. Then, toggle Special Pricing Per Quantity to the On position, enter the special prices for each quantity, and click on Save Quantity. That's it.

You can use Special Pricing with options like Quantity, Sizes, Colors, or any other product options you’ve added. But, it only works for one option at a time.
