Hi Sarah, the 403 Forbidden error usually indicates an access restriction to your form. Please check if your form is enabled and not disabled or deleted. Also, ensure that your form's privacy settings or domain usage comply with Jotform's guidelines. If the issue persists, you might want to verify that your form does not violate any of Jotform's terms of use or restrictions. Let me know if you need help checking these settings or if you want us to look into it further!

Hi Sarah,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested your form link and was able to access it without any issues, so the form itself is active and publicly accessible. Check out my screencast below to see the result:
The 403 Forbidden error often happens when there are restrictions on the user’s network, such as firewall settings or VPN blocks, or when permissions are limited on the user’s side. Since your form is public, Can you ask the users to access your form from a different network and see how it goes?
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Hmm, I just tried the link on a different computer and network, still 403. Then I cloned it, and still 403. I can't really tell people to access from certain networks. This will really prevent me from getting people to sign up for my event 😥
