Hi, I set up a form and after the person submits it shows captcha. I want to remove that (at least temporarily). How do I do that?

To remove the captcha from your form temporarily, you can simply delete the captcha field from your form in the Form Builder. Here’s how to do it:
- Open your form in the Form Builder.
- Locate the captcha field on your form.
- Click on the captcha field and then click the Delete button or press the delete key to remove it.
This will remove the captcha verification after form submission. You can add it back anytime by dragging the captcha element from the Basic Elements section in the Form Builder.

Hi Lori,
When I checked your form, I didn't find any Captcha field added to it. The Anti-Spam Captcha is set up to automatically activate when a system notices unusual activity on the form coming from specific IP addresses. It usually pops up when the system notices that a specific IP address is sending multiple submissions in a short period of time.
To prevent this, you can wait for 10-20 minutes before trying to submit your form again after refreshing your internet connection, or use a different IP address to submit the form.
Alternatively, we can whitelist your account to permanently remove Captcha. Once your account has been whitelisted, none of your form fillers would encounter a Captcha upon submission.
Can you confirm if you'd like us to whitelist your account? Take note that we won't be able to reverse the whitelisting if you begin to receive spam submissions afterwards. What you can do is add the Captcha field to your form to control spam.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with your request.
