    I am new to NVLA and want to get support on how to use JotForm.

    I am looking for a run through and a contact number for when I have questions about the platform.

    To be honest, your customer service is non-existent.

    I had questions about attendance form that was created for this school, but since I cannot get help, I will probably be moving to a Google Form.


    The issue is that I have too many questions and need to speak to a support agent.

    Need live help with all questions.

    Currently, Jotform does not offer live phone support or direct live agent calls. Our support is provided through this Help Center where you can submit your questions, and our team will respond promptly to assist you.
