This appears to be global on all of my forms. Trash and archives are missing and I need to be able to access the archives

Hi adc_master,
Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a quick guide on how to do that here.
In the meantime, can you check if the Inbox Settings (menu icon) is showing on your form’s Inbox page?
Once we hear back from you, we can help you sort this out.
