    Hello,

    I am needing assistance with our billing. I noticed this month that my monthly plan has practically doubled beyond a doubt.

    I'd love someone to walk me through these changes ASAP as we may not be able to suffice the pricing in the future due to the lack of cost effectiveness.

    Hi McKenzy,

    After checking your account, The previous charge included a 50% discount on the Silver Yearly plan. When the subscription renewed, it was charged at the regular rate, which explains the change in cost. Unfortunately, discounts do not carry over to renewals, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

    We've always been month to month subscription when I signed up. When did this kick over into a yearly subscription?

    I have checked your account, and can see that you have been subscribed to Silver Yearly even on 2024-08-30 and renews on 2025-08-30 with the same plan. Also, as indicated by my colleague, the previous payment included a 50% discount on the Silver Yearly plan. To check the full details of the charge, you can check your invoice. It’s easy to Check Your Invoices. Let me show you how:

    1. Log in to your Jotform account, and then go to the Billing tab.
    2. Now, in the table of invoices, click on an Invoice ID to open it in a new tab.
    3. To download an invoice as a PDF, click on the Download icon on the right.
