DATE CALCULATION FORMAT

I want to know how to change the value of the from the date field going to short text field with this format (Day Mon Day Year)


This will be the flow:
1. Choose date:


2. Condition: Copy the value from above date field:


3. Condition: Copy the value from the above short text field
But with the format below (Day Mon Day Year) :

What is the formula for the Step 3?
