Unable to reset account's password.

    Hi.

    I created a Jotform last year, and planned on using the same Jotform for this year signup. However, I am trying to log into the jotform, but I can't seem to log in or even reset password.

    Request status code 403 error. Please help!

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you try resetting your account password using a different browser or in incognito mode? You could also switch to another device, such as a laptop or desktop. If the issue persists, clear your browser’s cache and try again.
