    salve, improvvisamente nei miei form sono spariti gli archivi e il cestino.

    Come mai?

    It seems like your archives and trash folders have disappeared from your forms. This usually happens if the forms have been archived or unarchived. Let me show you how to check and restore them:

    1. Go to your My Forms page.
    2. Look for the Archive folder on the bottom-left side of the page.
    3. If your forms are in the Archive folder, hover over the form, click More on the right side, and select Unarchive to restore them back to your main forms list.

    Now, coming back to your question, do mean that the forms in your trash has been purged? Or that you cannot see the recycle bin and archive at all? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

    To access the Archive in Jotform Inbox and restore your submissions, please follow these steps:

    1. Open the Sidebar Menu: Click on the three horizontal lines icon in the top right corner of the Inbox page.
    2. Select Archive: In the sidebar menu, click on Archive to view your archived submissions.
    3. Select Submissions to Restore: Browse through the archived submissions and check the boxes next to the ones you want to restore.
    4. Unarchive Submissions: Click the Three Dots icon in the menu and select Move to Inbox to unarchive the selected submissions.
