A user from G2 Review left us the following feedback because they had trouble transferring a form to another account using the Transfer Forms feature. They kept seeing this message, "You can't transfer forms that are connected to other Jotform products," even after deleting the workflow. After a few replies on their ticket here, they eventually gave up. The user also didn't own the account and was only given access to the account, leaving them unaware of the form's connections. This makes the process even harder for them.
The main challenge is that users don't know which products the form is connected to. If we could add a way to show which products the form is used or offer an option to quickly disconnect the form from other products, it would make the process much easier and simpler and definitely improve the user experience.
