I am not receiving the code to add a phone number to the account

    Hello,

    I deleted the old phone number from the ACGA account. When I try to add my new cell number, the page says it will send me a code and it starts a countdown timer. I never receive a code and I try again, and it still doesn't arrive. The first day I tried to do this, I was at work in a building where the WiFi is fast but the cell signal is weak. Tonight I am doing it from home where the WiFi is adequate and I have 2 bars of cell signal.

    How can I update the account with my phone number if I never receive the code?

    Yes, I entered my phone number correctly.

    I have very few blocked senders. I don't know what number JotForm uses to send SMS, so if you can tell me that number, I can check to make sure. I am using an iPhone and I don't see anything from JotForm in the unknown senders inbox. I don't think this phone even has a spam box.

    Could it be a problem with the FireFox browser? It's up to date, but maybe I need to try a different browser when I try to reset the phone number?
