I need to change the sign in email
The previous email belongs to a person who no longer works here
If I cannot get this changes without significant issues ( I have tried before and been denied) I will be forced to cancel my subscription

Hi Josh,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Since your account email address belongs to a previous employee, if you change the email address by yourself, the verification code will be sent to your previous employee. There are two ways to fix this, one is by reaching out to your previous employee and coordinating with him. The other one is by filling out the form embedded on our Account Recovery page to request a change in your email address.
You said that you have been denied a request to change your account email address. We need you to provide the correct information, especially the payment details. These details are required to verify account ownership for a paid account. If you're unable to provide the correct information, our Relevant team won't be able to proceed with your request.
