How to prevent 'Too many request' error message on an account that is used by multiple users?

    Hi Jotfom team,

    Our current account is used by multiple users on different devices throughout our business.

    We have been receiving 'too many requests' errors recently, and as jotform is widely used by our team, we won't be able to cut down users.

    We were wondering if it is possible to override this error, or if there are any other solutions to ensure our workflow.

    Any suggestion is appreciated.

Our individual plans are single-user, and it's against our Terms of Use to share login credentials. You can consider upgrading to Jotform Enterprise. If your team requires extensive usage, Jotform Enterprise offers higher or unlimited limits and can better support multiple users. You can reach out to our Enterprise Sales Team by completing this form.

    Instead of sharing login credentials, you can also explore our collaboration feature. You can also share the Submission Inbox and Submission Tables individually.
