I cloned a form and changed the Title of the form and adjusted fields. When we share the URL link to complete the form, the name on the Windows tab is the old form, not the new form Title. I can't see where I can change the name of the Windows tab.
The link I've put below has a form title of '2025 Award Nominations'. The name displayed in previews and the Windows tab is '2022 Coaches Survey'.
I would expect the new Title to be reflected across all aspects of the form, or to have the ability to change it after cloning.

Hi Kim,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
It's easy to change the text that appears on the browser tab. We'll just edit the Page Title in Form Builder. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Now, click on Show More Options to expand the Form Settings.
- Scroll down and enter the title to be displayed on pages in the Page Title section.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
