Hey There!
I've permanently deleted a bunch of forms and moved a few to archive so I could un-archive an old one but my account is still saying we're using 6/5 forms.
None of our archived forms have counted towards this in the past so i'm not sure what's happened.
Can you please let me know which forms it thinks are "active"?
Thanks!

Hi Mark,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account, and it appears that there are still 6 active forms. To clarify which forms are currently counted as active in your account, you may want to review your active forms list in your account dashboard.
Also, if you want, we can check on this for you. To do that, we’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the top-right corner of your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.
3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.
5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.
6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle the Jotform Support Access to the On position.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

mark.bryantReplied on September 9, 2025 at 10:10 PMThanks Christian. I can definitely only see 3 active forms in my account so
I really don't know where the 6 are coming from.
I've just toggled on the Jotform Support Access if you can check it out for
me.
Appreciate your help!

Hi Mark,
I checked your account and see that you have a total of six active forms. I've listed their links below:
- https://form.jotform.com/251721405650045
- https://form.jotform.com/250428531328858

If your forms are active, you may continue using them but if you're planning to create new forms, I suggest disabling some of your forms. You can easily disable your form in Jotform. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the Form Settings window, click on Enabled in the Form Status option.
- In the window that opens, click on the Downward Arrow icon and select Disabled.
- You can change the Warning Message if needed. Once you're done, click on the Save button at the bottom right corner of the window. That's it, you're done.
You can also disable your form based on a specific date, a certain submission limit, or both:
