Hello,
I was just wondering, is it possible to send links to users who have not completed a Jotform with a link to their saved progress? Hopefully that question makes sense. Thanks for your help.

Hi Joe,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding your question about sending links to users who have not completed a Jotform with a link to their saved progress, Jotform allows users to save their progress and continue later by enabling the "Save & Continue Later" feature on your form.
This feature generates a unique link for each user to resume filling out the form from where they left off. You can set this up in your form settings under the "Form Settings" tab by enabling the "Continue Forms Later" option.
Once enabled, users will see an option to save their progress and receive a link to continue later. However, Jotform does not automatically send these links to users who have not completed the form; you would need to manage sending those links manually or through integrations such as email autoresponders or marketing tools.
If you want to add a visual indicator of progress for users filling out the form, you can also add a Progress Bar widget to your form. Let me show you how:
- Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Widgets tab, type Progress Bar into the search bar.
- Then, drag and drop the Progress Bar widget to your form.
- Click on the Wand Icon on the right side of the Progress Bar widget.
- Under the Widget Settings tab, toggle the Stick to Top button to the On position.
This will allow users to see their progress as they fill out the form.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

Hi Joe,
I checked your forms, but none of them have the Save and Continue Later feature enabled. Check out a screenshot of your Bavarian Rental Form:
But if you have another form that has the Save and Continue Later, the user will receive an email of their draft link. If you want to manually send it to the user, you can get the draft link from the Tables. Let's do this:
- In Form Builder, click on the Three Dots icon on the green navigation bar at the top of the page, next to the form's name.
- Select Incomplete submission.
- Next, click on the View button of the incomplete submission.
- Copy the draft link at the top and manually send it to the user.
If this is not what you're referring to, can you explain more about what you want to happen?
When we hear back from you, we’ll be ready to move forward.
