We used this form last year and I saved last year's form as 2025 for this year, but somehow a payment element is now associated with it. I did not add it.
We do not collect payments on this form, we just use the monetary calculations and do billing through our internal POS system. We have no connections.

I don't want to removde the product list as the list has not changed.
Thanks for your help.

Hi Ruth,
I saw that you've already removed the payment connection on your Product List widget, and you're already using the Purchased Order widget, which doesn't collect payments from your clients. Do you need further assistance regarding your form?
Once we hear back from you, we can help you sort this out.

I'm sorry, I don't understand. I don't want to see the elements listed below. The form still has this on it:

Hi Ruth,
Recent Jotform payment integration updates include a new Payment Sandbox Mode for testing. The introduction of Reusable Payment Connections for easier integration management. The ability to use Quantity Selectors for flexible product quantities like weight-based sales and the deprecation of the PayPal Invoicing integration for new users in favor of the standard PayPal Business integration. But since you're using Purchase Order payment integration, the form should work as it used to without requiring users to pay. Here's a sample using a cloned form:

Thanks Kris,
My question remains...how can we remove the option show at the top of our product list?

Hi Ruth,
The Add a payment connection link on top is included in the recent update. For other payment integration, once you connect the account, that option will be removed. But since you've selected the Purchase Order payment integration that isn't requiring a payment account, there's no option to remove it. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll return to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

Thanks for doing that. It seems like there should be a setting to add or remove the payment in the product listing.

Hi Ruth,
There's no need to add a payment account on your Products List element since you've selected the Purchase Order. Can you explain more details about a setting to add or remove the payment in the product listing? We'll add it in the feature request if it's not available.
After we hear back from you, we’ll know what’s going on and how to help.

I was just referencing where I felt the addition of the payment widget could/should be found...if I was the developer!
My main objective is to have it removed from my form. I just don't feel that it needs to be visible if I am not using any payment. It is irrelevant and just adds to confusion.

Hi Ruth,
The Add a payment connection to collect online payments is only showing when you're in the Builder mode. But, when you share your form or preview it, that message won't show up. Check out the screenshot below:
If you want to remove it completely, you need to remove the Product list from your form.
