The jotform account for systems@newmexicowomeninthearts.org was cancelled last month. I have just received an invoice for another month. When I cancelled the paid account I assumed it would revert to the free account. How can I revert the account to a free account?

Thanks for the details. I checked your account, and it's still showing as Bronze, which means the cancellation may not have fully gone through last month. That's why you received another invoice.
Here's what you can do to make sure the account reverts to Free:
- Go to your Billing page.
- Under the My Plan section, click Change Plan
- Select Starter (Free) and confirm.
This will stop future renewals and put your account back on the Free plan.
Once you downgrade, please let us know and we'll help sort out the invoice.
