I love Jotform Kiosk mode and really want it to work for our project, but I'm having trouble planning it out. We need to display a form simultaneously on 30+ iPad devices, but I keep reading that multiple devices cannot be signed into the same account. This would mean I'll need to create 30+ Gmail accounts, sign up for 30+ free Jotform accounts, then assign my form to each of those 30+ accounts. This sounds like a nightmare. I could possibly create one Google Workspace account and add 30 aliases to it, and use each alias to create 30+ Jotform accounts, but this just solves part of the hassle.
Is there any better recommended way to build out a large number of kiosk devices?
There really should be a way to use the Jotform app to fill out public forms without the need to log into an account.

Hi Philip,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
You can use the Jotform Mobile App's Offline Mode or Kiosk Mode to display your form on multiple devices without needing to sign into multiple accounts. This allows you to save the form on each device and collect responses even without an internet connection. Once connected, the data will be synced to your Inbox.
Let me show you how to set it up:
- On your My Forms page, tap on the form you want to access in Offline Mode.
- Toggle Offline Mode to the On position at the bottom-right of the menu.
- To use Kiosk Mode, tap on the form, then select Kiosk Mode from the menu.
- Adjust the Kiosk Settings as needed and tap Launch Kiosk.
This way, you can use the same form on 30+ iPads without creating multiple accounts. The app supports filling out public forms without requiring login when using these modes.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Philip,
If you want to use Jotform Mobile App Kiosk Mode on 30+ iPads simultaneously, a recommended approach is to utilize the Kiosk Mode or Offline Mode in the app. These features allow you to display and fill out your form across multiple devices without needing to sign in to separate Jotform accounts on each one. Let me show you how to set it up:
1. On your My Forms page, tap on the form that you want to access in Offline Mode.
2. On the bottom-right side of the menu that opens, toggle Offline Mode to the On position.
You can't use certain widgets and elements in Offline Mode because they require an internet connection to function properly. Let me show you how to use Kiosk Mode when you don't have an internet connection:
1. On your My Form page, tap on the form that you want to open in Kiosk Mode.
2. About halfway down in the menu that comes up, tap on Kiosk Mode.
3. Adjust the Kiosk Settings as you like and then tap on Launch Kiosk at the bottom. And that's it.
Ensure to publish your form as a public link, open it in the Jotform Mobile Forms app on each iPad, and activate Kiosk Mode without needing to log into an account. This turns each device into a secure, standalone survey station.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
