Booked Slots Not Showing in my Google Calendar

    I created a form with an appointment and linked it to a Google Calendar. However, it is not showing any appt on the Google calendar. I did all of the steps correctly and it says it is linked but I still don't see anything on the calendar.

    Just to make sure I’ve got this right, can you confirm that you want to create Google Calendar events using the Appointments element ? When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

    yes, I can get it to work with another calendar but am getting stuck with the calendar I need it to work with and I don't know why. I tried deleting it and starting over but now I keep getting this error

    Update: I was able to connect it to the correct calendar again but it is still not displaying anything.

    Hi Renee,

    It is possible that your domain setting does not integrate well with Calendar. I suggest reaching out to your IT team to have them configure the setting in your domain to allow third-party integration. In the meantime, you can try using a different email address to connect the appointment field to Google Calendar.

    That is not the problem. We use Google Calendar for many integrations and I can see in the Google settings that Jotform is there. I guess I will try and figure it out myself.

    I also tried it on my personal Gmail calendar and I still don't see it so I am not sure what I am missing. I wish someone could help :-(

    When I first checked your form, I noticed that the Google Drive integration has multiple Actions. Take a look at the screenshot below:

    Can you confirm if the booked slots now appear on your Google Calendar?
