One our Salesops Proposal form we have the different fields they can fill out on the jotform in a very specific order. When we receive the form back after it has been completed the " number of trucks" field is moved above the opportunity info field when it should be right above " All Other Notes / Misc Requests". How do we fix this?

Hi Tenstreet,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding your issue with the field order in your Salesops Proposal form submissions, this usually happens due to the way the notification email or the PDF submission report is configured, rather than the form itself.
Let me help you with that:
- Check your email notification or autoresponder settings: Go to your form's Settings tab, then select Emails. Open the notification email and look at the email body. The fields might be arranged in a different order there. You can manually reorder the fields by editing the email content.
- Adjust the PDF Editor: If you are viewing submissions as PDFs, go to the PDF Editor and rearrange the fields to match the desired order. This will ensure the PDF submissions display the fields correctly.
- Test the form submission: After making changes, submit a test entry to verify the fields appear in the correct order in your email and PDF submissions.
If the issue persists, please provide the form ID or a link to the form so we can investigate further.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Tenstreet,
I was able to replicate the issue when I cloned your form. I spotted what’s causing it, and there’s an easy fix. Let me walk you through it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Now, select whether Email Notification or Autoresponder Email you'd like to edit by clicking the Pencil icon.
4. Now, under the Email Content, copy the unique name of the Number of Trucks field.
5. Next, remove the Number of Trucks row, then insert a new row just above the All Other Notes row.
6. Next, edit the row, paste the Number of Trucks unique name on the right side of the email content, and click on Save.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
