Is there a way to have the submitted form be sent to multiple email addresses?
We want the orders on the form to go to a different email than our account. Thanks

Hi Angelo! Yes, you can definitely have the submitted form sent to multiple email addresses, including different ones from your account email. You can set this up by adding multiple recipients in your form's email notification settings. If you want to explore how to do this step-by-step, you might find the guide accessible via the button below quite helpful. Let me know if you need any further assistance!

Hi Angelo,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It’s easy to send Notification Emails to more than one person. There are two ways to do it. I’ll show you both ways:
The first is to add a recipient to your Notification Email:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Hover over the Notification Email and click on the Pencil icon to edit it.
- Then, under the Recipients tab, just enter a new email address and click on the Save button.
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Click on Add a New Email, and choose the Notification.
- Now, under the Recipients tab, delete the existing email address, and add a new email address, then click on the Save button.
Reach out again if you need any other help.
