Need help with Ai agent not asking for info from a required field

    I have a field that's only visible if a certain product is selected. The Ai agent, when asking for information to fill out the form, doesn't ask for the field even though the required product (to show the field) is selected and it's required. Not sure what's going on here. please help. Thanks!
