    Hi Monica,

Thanks for reaching out to us. I understand you did not create the Simple CRM, Client Questionnaire, and Deals forms and would like them deleted. Since you are on the Basic plan and have reached your form limit, these forms might have been created through integrations or shared access.

Let me help you with the deletion process or investigate further to resolve this issue.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Jotform Support

    Hi Monica,

We’re not allowed to delete forms on your behalf, but you can easily do it yourself to free up space for new forms. Here’s how:

    1. In your My Workspace page, hover over the form you want to delete.

    2. Click on More that appear on the right and select Move to Trash.

    3. Confirm the deletion.

I DID NOT CREATE ALL OF THESE FORMS Image 1 Screenshot 40 Once you delete the forms, system will update your limits. Since you’re on the Starter plan, if you reach the limit again and don't want to delete, you’ll need to wait until next month’s reset to create more forms, or upgrade to a paid plan to remove the limits. You can easily check your account's monthly reset date in your account settings. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.

    2. Go to Usage in the menu on the left, and beside the Monthly Usage section, you’ll see your limit reset date.
