    Hi Monica,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

The 404 error message you are seeing means the form or page cannot be found. This could be because the form was moved, deleted, or is temporarily unavailable. Please check the following:

    • Ensure the form link is correct and complete without extra characters.
    • Verify the form is not deleted or disabled in your Jotform account.
    • Check if your account has reached its submission limit, which can disable the form.

Try accessing your form from your Jotform My Workspace page to confirm it is still active.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Jotform Support

    Hi Monica,

I checked your form, are you referring to your Software Webinar Registration form? If yes, I can see that it has a different form URL. See details below:

    https://form.jotform.com/NEISHABROWN/software-webinar-registration

If this is not the correct form, can you check the shareable link of your form? You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.

This is absolutely insane... the url keeps changing. The url I shared with you all earlier, https://form.jotform.com/TDSTAXES/software-webinar-registration

was what I copied and pasted into the support email. This one is showing the error message. This one i customized. I have used this same link for multiple forms and had no issues with the link.

Now, when I check the url, it says this --- https://form.jotform.com/NEISHABROWN/software-webinar-registration This one is showing the jotform. I did NOT customize this one -- I did not put that name NEISHA BROWN in the hyperlink. And this name wasnt in the hyperlink yesterday and the link was working fine.

Looks like it says TDSTAXES some of the time and now its saying NEISHABROWN .. it just does not make any sense

    Hi NEISHABROWN,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.

The 404 error you are encountering when accessing your form link is because the form or page cannot be found. This usually happens if the form was moved, deleted, or is temporarily unavailable.

Regarding the changing URLs you mentioned—sometimes showing TDSTAXES and other times NEISHABROWN—this is likely due to your username change on 2025-09-05. The form URLs update to reflect your current username, which is why the older links with TDSTAXES now return a 404 error.

The correct URL for your form appears to be the one with your current username NEISHABROWN in the link, which is why the other link with TDSTAXES shows a 404 error.

Here’s what you can do to resolve this:

    1. Verify the correct form URL by going to your Jotform account and checking the shareable link in the Form Builder under the Publish tab.
    2. Use the correct URL that includes your username (e.g., https://form.jotform.com/NEISHABROWN/software-webinar-registration) when sharing the form.
    3. Ensure the form is not deleted or disabled in your account, which can also cause a 404 error.

It’s important to always use the exact URL from your account to avoid confusion or errors. The URL with TDSTAXES might be from a previous username or a customized domain that is no longer active or linked to your form.

Give these steps a try and let us know if you continue to experience issues.

    Hi NEISHABROWN,

The URL can be fixed by changing the previous username.

Changing your Jotform username is easy to do. Let me help you with that:

    1. On your Account Settings, click on Edit in the Username section.

    2. Enter your new username and click on Save. That's it.

Additionally, changing your username will invalidate All Custom Form URLs that include your old username. We also have a guide about How to Change Your Username that you can check out.

    Hi NEISHABROWN,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.

The 404 error you are seeing happens because your form URL changed when you updated your username on 2025-09-05. The older URL with TDSTAXES no longer works, and the correct URL now includes your new username NEISHABROWN.

To fix this, please use the updated URL: https://form.jotform.com/NEISHABROWN/software-webinar-registration. Make sure to update all your marketing materials and shared links with this new URL.

If you want to change your username or learn more about managing your form URLs, you can follow this guide on How to Change Your Username.

Give these steps a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Hi Monica,

Your username is included if you shared your form using a Custom URL. You can check the Publish tab in the Form Builder to confirm this. See the screenshot below for an example:

Getting an error 404 when accessing the form Image 1 Screenshot 30

Meanwhile, you can click the Reset button beside it to revert to the URL that contains only the Form ID.
