    Hello Team,

Can we combine the flow of other forms in one single form without doing it manually or making the implementation as simple as possible?

    Hi Commitbiz,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Regarding your question about combining the flow of other forms into one single form without doing it manually or making the implementation complex, here are some options you can consider using:

    A. Combining Submissions: You can use the Combine Submissions app to merge data from multiple forms into one file after submissions are collected. However, combined submissions will appear on separate tabs, not merged into a single tab.

We can merge forms using the Combine Submissions tool, then import their data into the same tab in Jotform Tables for easy viewing. First, let me show you how to use the Combine Submissions tool:

    1. Go to Combine Submissions page, click the on the Start Combining button.
    2. In the window that pops-up, click on the Allow button.
    3. In the list that comes up, select your form, and next to it, choose the fields that you want to merge. To select all fields, click on the Select All box.
    4. Then, click on the Generate CSV File button and use the link below it to download the CSV file.

    1. On your My Tables page, click on Create Table on the upper-right side of the page.
    2. Select Import Data, and click on Upload File and select your file or simply drag and drop your file.
    3. Toggle On the Set The First Row As Column Headers option, and click on the Short Text option to change your column types.
    4. After setting the column types, click on the Import Data button.

    B. Managing Data from Multiple Forms in Jotform Tables: You can connect other forms within your account in Jotform Tables to manage submission data from multiple forms in one place. This allows you to create lookups or roll-ups across connected tables with real-time updates. To do this, add a new tab in Jotform Tables, select Connect to Form choose the forms you want to connect, and select the columns to include.

You can easily create a new tab and filter data to view specific details in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how to create a new tab first:

    1. On your Jotform Submissions Table, click on New Tab at the top of the page next to your tabs.

    2. In the menu that opens, select Table and click on Next.

    3. Now, select Connect to form, and click on Next again.

    4. Select the same form, and click on Next.

    5. Then, click on the Checkbox next to Select All at the top of the page, and click on the Create button, and you’re done.

    1. While on your Jotform Submissions Table, click on the Filter button next to the search bar.

    2. In the menu that opens, click on All Submissions

    3. In the dropdown menu, you can filter submissions by All Submissions, Unread, Read, Starred, or Unstarred within a specific timeframe.

    4. Once you’re done, click on Apply Filter.

    C. Merging Form Elements: If you want to merge form fields from different forms into one form, you can use the Field Manager. This tool allows you to copy fields from one form to another without copying submissions. You can easily merge two forms using Jotform's Field Manager tool. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to Field Manager tool and click on Open Integration.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Manage Fields, then click on Allow.

    3. Now, click on Open a Form to Begin, select your first form in the Form Picker window, and click on Continue.

    4. Then, click on Open a Second Form to Clone Fields, select your second form in the Form Picker window, and click on Continue.

    5. Under the First form, select the fields you want to copy, then, click on the Arrow icon to copy the selected fields into the Second form.

    6. After copying, you can drag and drop the fields in Form 2 to rearrange them as you want.

    D. Using Jotform Workflows: Jotform Workflows lets you integrate multiple forms by adding follow-up forms to your flow. You can then configure integrations using data from all connected forms, making the process more streamlined.

Unfortunately, there is no direct way to combine multiple form flows into a single form automatically without some manual setup or using these tools.

Give these options a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.
