    I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Can you confirm if this issue only happens on a mobile device? I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches to prevent this issue from happening. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we’ll do some more testing to see what’s going on.

    It happedn only on mobile device.

    As its being used for field technicians they use mobile phone.

    Hi internationalforms,

    When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screencast below to see my result:

    The test was made using iPhone 16. Is the issue happening on multiple users? Can you advise the affected user to connect to a different internet service provider? Also, is they're using a VPN, they can try to disable it.
