Send existing PDF submissions to a new Google Drive

    we recently just integrated google drive and wanted help in putting all existing submission to the newly made drive. thank you

    Regarding your request to move existing submissions to your newly integrated Google Drive, currently, Jotform does not support automatic transfer of past submissions to Google Drive after integration. The integration only sends new submissions to Google Drive from the point of setup onward.

    If you want to save existing submissions to Google Drive, you would need to manually download the submissions as PDFs from Jotform and then upload them to your Google Drive folder.

    Hi KinderSpace,

    Currently, Jotform's Google Drive integration only sends new submissions to the connected Google Drive from the moment the integration is set up onward. Unfortunately, there is no automatic way to transfer or move past submissions to the new Google Drive folder. The best option right now is to create an action button in the submission table and send them one by one. My colleague has already explained this to you on your previous thread here.
