    Hello Jotform Support,

We’d like some adjustments made to our form logic:

    Remove the “Performing Well” Result

    • Instead of showing “Performing Well,” we’d prefer no result to display until the form is fully submitted.

Blank Responses → Mark as Unsure

    • If a respondent leaves any field blank, it should automatically default to “Unsure.”

    Hi Toucan,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Since you want the result to display after submission only, then it would be best to set up a Thank you page condition instead. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top, click on Settings.

    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.

    3. Then, click on Add Condition and choose Change Thank you page.

    4. Lastly, set up the condition like below and click on Save.

That's it, you just need to create more thank you page condition for the other results. As for automatically marking the choices with Unsure answer when skipped, that's not possible unfortunately. I was thinking of using the Update/Calculate condition to automatically fill the question with Unsure if empty, but that'll trigger the condition immediately on load of the form, so its quite not ideal.

Or, filling out the skipped field when its empty and the next question is filled out, but I don't find that ideal as well, considering users can skip or jump from 2 or more questions.

How about making the fields required, so no questions are left empty. Will that work for you? If so, then let me show you how to make fields required:

    1. In Form Builder, Ctrl + Select all the fields you want to make mandatory.

    2. Then, right click on your mouse and click on Require.
