Missing submit button

ISDN I edited an existing form when I'm finished I go to preview it and then I also check it live and in both scenarios the submit button does that work. I have my form connected to my google sheets I can't however print the form but this event will not enter the information to my Google Sheets. I'm selling pictures and redirecting them to purchase them them through venmo. my My Venmo link launches with a QR code when I scan The QR code with my phone I receive an error but I cannot make the purchase it sends me back to my form.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

This can sometimes happen if the Payment Integration field is misconfigured or isn’t saving submissions properly. A quick way to fix this is to remove the current Payment Integration and then add it back. It's easy to remove an existing payment integration from your form. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, find your Product List field and click on it.
2. Then, click on the Credit Card icon to remove the payment integration.

Once removed, re-add the integration by selecting your preferred payment gateway again and reconnecting your account. Removing and re-adding the integration usually refreshes the settings and gets things working again. After that, test your form again in live mode to confirm that the Submit button shows properly and the submissions are going through to your connected Google Sheet.

If the issue persists even after re-adding, another thing that often helps is clearing your browser cache before making a new submission. If you’re on Chrome you can follow the steps in this guide, or if you’re on Safari use this guide.
