Hi JotForm Support,
I’m experiencing a critical issue where my forms are not updating. I’m hitting Save, but new questions and headings are not being saved to the form. I’ve already lost significant work, and I have a client meeting in less than an hour for an urgent project.
Can you please advise immediately on how to resolve this issue? Is there a known bug or a workaround (manual save/refresh/clear cache) that I can use to prevent losing progress?
This is extremely time-sensitive, so I’d really appreciate urgent support.
Thank you,
-

Hi Digital, I understand how urgent this is. Sometimes, clearing your browser cache or refreshing the page can help with saving issues. Also, you might want to check if autofill is enabled on your form, as it can prevent losing progress. You can find helpful steps for this by using the Show Guide button below. Let me know if you need more assistance!

Hi Digital_Fastlane,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you tell us what updates you made on the form that aren't saving? Forms are designed to save the updates automatically. You'll see the additions on the form when you get back to check it. I've cloned your form and added some form elements. After refreshing the page, those form elements are still there. I've shared a screencast below for your reference:
In the screencast above, I've added a Full Name and an Email form elements. I refreshed the web page, and those added form elements are still there. If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
