Hey There,
I have some conditional show logic set up based on the selection of a dynamic drop down. When a person selects one of the 8 different program options (4 programs with a day and night option) the form should only show them information related to that program. All of them are working except for the one that for the one that is supposed to show when either "Phlebotomy Technician Program (Day) 120 Hours" or "Phlebotomy Technician Program (Evening) 120 Hours" is selected. The problem I am having is with the sections of the form the should be unless those selections are made. All of the other program related ones remain hidden as expected, but the phlebotomy options always show on the final document that gets presented for final electronic signature.
Here are the conditions:
The first one is the one not working. The others behave as expected and are configured with the same structure as that one. This is the dropdown:
this one should only have shown the medical assistant information, but shows both, and it happens to both program related hidden fields.
I have triple checked, and the applicable sections (9 and 33) are definitely set to hidden in the builder. I also tried deleting and remaking the conditional logic. Nothing is helping. Any ideas as to what is causing the issue?

Hi Victoria,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned your form and selected either of the two enrollments, Phlebotomy Technician Program (Day) 120 Hours or Phlebotomy Technician Program (Evening) 120 Hours, it only displayed a single non-refundable field at the end of the form. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Phlebotomy Technician Program (Day) 120 Hours:
Phlebotomy Technician Program (Evening) 120 Hours:
I've also tested your form without submitting it, but everything works the way it should. Check out the screencast below:
I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we’ll do some more testing to see what’s going on.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

So I tried it in another browser and it appears that it has something to do with the cache or storage. The Phlebotomy option is the first option in the drop down. I have been testing the workflow so I have selected it, gone forward in the form to check that the proper section is showing and then gone back and selected a different program and gone forward again to confirm that the conditional sections are showing/hiding as expected. This works for when they show on the form as I am filling it out, but don't update properly for the signed document widget. Do you guys have a work around or an instruction I can give to form fillers if they experience the issue? Like what would they need to clear so that their signed form doesn't contain extra information that is not meant to be part of their agreement?

Also, to clarify, they are showing/hiding on the form input interfaces properly.
The issues is when I get to the last step where it generates the PDF to confirm signature. The pdf form shows everything I ever picked. It very easily could be interpreted as some sort of bait and switch, and I want to prevent misunderstanding.

Hi Victoria,
I have cloned your form and I have test it. On PDF Editor, it is normal to see the empty fields of form, since it's the PDF version of your form. However, the empty field won't be shown on the PDF attached to the e-mails. Let me show you :
On PDF Editor, you will see the empty field since you're not on Preview Mode.
When you're on Preview Mode, the empty fields disappear.
On your mail you will see the PDF attachment as I show in the screenshot below:
When you open the PDF attachment, you won't see any empty fields.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
